Q: I can't sign into Google Classroom, Kami, or Snapplify. How can I resolve this?

  • Check your login credentials: Ensure your email address and password are correct.
  • Reset your password: Use the platform’s "Forgot Password" option to reset your credentials if necessary.
  • Clear browser cache: Sometimes old data causes sign-in issues (Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data).
  • Update the app: If using a mobile device, ensure the app is up to date by checking for updates in the app store.
  • Try a different browser: Some login issues may be browser-related. Try logging in with Chrome, Firefox, or another supported browser.

Q: Why isn’t my Snapplify textbook showing up?

  • Refresh the page: Sometimes a quick refresh (F5 or reload) will fix the issue.
  • Check your account status: Ensure that you’re signed in with the correct account that has access to the textbook.
  • Check for updates: Make sure your Snapplify app is updated to the latest version.
  • Log out and log back in: Try signing out and then signing back in to refresh your content.
  • Contact support: If the issue persists, contact Snapplify support for assistance.

Q: Why isn't my Safe Exam Browser Working?

  • Ask IT if you have the latest version: SEB is constantly releasing new versions
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Do a restart of your device
  • Ask your teacher for a link to the exam instead of an exam key
